Oh dear. This week is now the official week of awkward. At least 3 of my guys friends have crushes on me, which they have either expressed to each other, or me, while drunk. What does a person have to do to get (and keep) an entirely platonic friendship around here??

Mmm, I need to find a new one to distract me from serious work-type things. Any suggestions? (this is rhetorical, otherwise it'd be in the "night of passion" thread.

My crush went sledding with me and a mutual friend tonight. I think he is semi interested but also i think he thinks I am too young. Also I have no idea if he would be ok with the open relationship thing. But he is pretty rad to spend time with even if there is no kissing.

Guhhh. Ok. I slept with my crush (again..we had a thing right before summer) and then the morning was super awk. We really don't have anything in common and he says really awkward and immature one-liners that just...totally kill any conversation. So we watched The Office until he finally left at 2:30 in the afternoon. Then later on he gets all annoyed at me and decides that facebook is the appropriate media in which to vent. Tells me I was being "cuntish" and I only call him when I'm drunk and not to use him.
K. Heart boner over. Boner boner status is still going strong but should probs be reevaluated.

helsinki, that makes me want to kick him where it hurts. Re-evaluate all boners!
I desperately need someone to have a crush on. It's been over a year since I had a bona fide, hand-trembling, fluttery stomach-inducing crush. As one of the boy-craziest girls who has ever lived, I just don't feel like right unless there's someone I can get all twitterpated and nervous about -- someone whose painfully infrequent communiques are a heady mixture of intimidating and complimentary, whose vocabulary is breathtakingly succinct, whose wit is sharp and whose sentiments are soft, someone who maybe wears glasses and also maybe listens to power pop. Where all the cute indie rock dudes at, world?

Is cuntish even a word? besides, no guy worth your time would say words like that in normal conversation, let alone on facebook. My crush sucks, I don't think I exist. stephanie wrote: helsinki, that makes me want to kick him where it hurts. Re-evaluate all boners!

Without getting into details, the way I am feeling tonight calls for a bottle of wine and dinner at Veggie Heaven.
I don't like this crush stuff. :(

Ugh, this crush is SO over. He mocked my cheezysauce! He was all "ewwww, it's vegan, I bet it's gross!" He didn't even TRY it. I'm not even sure I like him anymore, let alone like-like. :-P

My crush told me he got dumped on Monday, I couldn't help but smile as I said, "I'm sorry to hear that." And I'm pretty sure my face was as bright as a tomato from the embarassment.

I realized I'm never around guys anymore, my classes, places of volunteering, and last job never had men, or only a scattered few. Or in the case of classes, anyone my age. Perhaps I should look for young professors and give them bedroom eyes. Well, at my last job I totally had a crush on a girl cashier XD but no ladies have interested me since.
