I finally got my hands on some of this, because I have been craving some type of beet salad with a cheezy substance, and I would also like to make some bleu cheese dressing for buffalo wings! Anyone have a great recipe for the dressing and/or some other recommendations for using the Sheese up? (ooh also Desdemona's blog has a creamed spinach recipe using it that I'm pretty sure my bf would die for.)

I don't think I have an actual recipe for bleu cheese dressing -- I usually shredded the Sheese in the food processor, then mixed it with some Vegenaise and a little bit of vinegar, I think. Maybe some garlic powder, too?
