My new routine since finishing the yoga challenge has been this:

Monday - 1 hour sculpt cardio class
Wednesday - 30 minutes pilates
Thursday - 1:15 hot yoga class
Saturday - 45 minutes power yoga

Hopefully I can stick with it!

16kg Turkish get-ups (I only manged 4 in 5 minutes. That shiitake is scary when it's right over your face and you can feel your muscles twitching and wobbling from the effort).
8 minutes of 12kg jerks.
4 mins of 14kg swing-snatches.
4 mins of 12kg snatches.
3 minutes of double handed 16kg high/low swings.

I did some strength training. I based it on the stronglifts program but I don't have a barbell or a bench so I adapted the exercises. Squatted with a broom handle and found out my calves are really tight. Did push-ups against a bureau instead of bench press (I can't even do one real pushup on the floor, so I guess it will take a while before I outgrow them). Did the bent over rows with dumbbells. I really liked doing only three exercises, felt really efficient!

Team track workout. We don't do track in December so the last one in November is always "fun." We did soccer-style line drills, team speedwork relays, and a bunch of plyometrics-type stuff (burpees, squat jumps, etc...)
