I bought a bottle some months ago and never used it. I have no idea what to use it for. None of the recipes I cook ever call for it. Is it sweet? Sour? What can I use it for?
Also, does anyone else read it "Liquid Amnios"? Because that totally goes well with pies made of babies.

Anything you'd use soy sauce for, you can use liquid aminos. So stir fries and such are great with liquid aminos.

This is my 3rd and last attempt at posting this. I keep getting the silly error messages saying the boards are diables. hmph.
Braggs is amazing. I use it on everything. Its taste it really similar to soy sauce but way better. I use it to make a delicious portobello mushroom dish. Here is the basic recipe below. I don't measure anything, just mix to taste.
Portobello caps, I usually do 4. Braggs Olive oil -you dont need a lot. minced garlic crushed red pepper vidalia onion - sliced thin more olive oil for cooking onion optional - spready vegan cheese, like a cashew goat cheese
Mix braggs, olive oil, garlic and crushed reds together. Pour over shrooms and marinate for at least an hour.
Cook onions in small sautee pan on low heat to caramelize.
In another pan or on the grill cook shrooms 5-8 minutes per side brushing with leftover marinade every few minutes.
To serve spread cheese over shroom(if using) top with a pile of onion. Serve with asaparagus and salad.
yummmmmmmmm

I also put it on everything. My favorite cheap and lazy meal is rice, oregano, peanuts and braggs. Maybe I'll add veggies if I wanna be healthy. Add it to anything savory that needs some depth.
My dinner tonight is actually a noodle stir fry flavored with teriyaki and braggs.

Mmmm I love Braggs! Like everyone has said, it's basically a healthier soy sauce, but I think it might be saltier?? It definitely seems more saltly to me. I love to make a marinade for tofu with it using Braggs, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, Asian hot sauce, rice vinegar, and sometime peanut butter. It's also super good on steamed kale.

Definitely nice to have on hand, but I only use it for the recipes that call for it. Otherwise I use my cheap, Kroger brand, low-sodium soy sauce.
