[nitpicky] Congratulations for having a birthday?

Ok so I changed it so it'd say today is my birthday. If I do that, it says "Congratulations to linanil!" Is the congratulations for living another year?

I was confused by the Euro dating. It took me several seconds longer than it should have to figure out why I couldn't choose the 17th.
