I want a bagel and cream cheese!
I have tried several cream cheese recipes. I used to make the tofu one from the uncheese cookbook, but stopped a few years ago. Now it's not as good as I remember. I made two different cashew cream cheese recipes I found on pinterest:http://www.connoisseurusveg.com/2013/08 ... e.html?m=1
This one came out a little too watery, and the taste is meh. I added dehydrated veg soup mix to it to make veggie cream cheese and it was okay, but too thinhttp://www.ziziadventures.com/recipes?recipe_id=6023289
This one was also a bit thin, and the cumin was a no. It didn't do what I wanted (to be good on a blueberry bagel!)
So far I'm not a fan of the commercial ones because of price vs. health. Too many odd ingredients, too pricey for what I get, and tofutti is the only one I cared for the taste of.
