B is an omni with the palate of a 6 year old. Fortunatley, he could honestly eat the same thing every night, for years. Our standard is: We always have a salad spinner full of fresh salad, so he'll have salad, wheat toast (yes, every night) and whatever else I cook up for him, usually a chunk of omni food.
I cook whatever I want for myself, and if I think he'll like it (spaghetti, lasagne) I'll serve him that too. I work a lot of nights and weekends, so the fact that we eat totally different things most night isn't a problem. I still cook exotic things for myself, and as long as his meal is fairly well rounded, I don't worry about it.
