For recipes that didn't make it in, will you post some of the recipes? I'm looking at the index on Amazon and it doesn't look like the apple/miso/tofu recipe made it in that I can see. I really liked that one and have been trying to replicate it from memory.
Edit - Ok I was looking at the wrong thing, it looks like it did make it in! But are there recipes that didn't?

those white bean/walnut croquettes. i didn't see them in there. which made me sad because i made them quite a few times.
