oh no, did we lose all those amazing threads? That was the most amazing compilation ever. I used it all the time. In fact, I just used it last week to figure out what to do with some eggplant someone gave me.

What should I do with carrot greens?

I have a lovely bunch of carrots from my farm share. I've never made anything with the greens before. Delicious ideas, anyone?

What should I do with (sweet white) miso?

I'm confused; do I ask my question in this thread, or start a new thread and it gets linked to here?

Anyway, what should I do with a lot of green tomatoes, besides fry them? Because I mean A LOT.

I've been pondering the same question, since all of my tomatoes decided to be late bloomers.

you can marinade tofu/tempeh/seitan with it just add some garlic, red wine vinegar, and olive oil.

What should I do with vegan Chinese Sausages? I picked some up at the Asian grocery store in Salt Lake City and don't have a clue what to cook them in. Any ideas?

categories on left bar - fruit, veggies, herbs, etc. recipes are not all vegan but when you have 50lb of beets there are a lot of good ideas.

I use sweet white miso to make homemade feta "cheese" out of tofu. The recipe is in The Ultimate Uncheese Cookbook.

Fee I think this is what being a mod is like. Reminding people what to do and being ignored for numerous posts in which you remind them to listen/read your previous posts.

I second the relish idea! Sorry to not have a recipe to offer for it, but I can offer lots of Southern ways to serve it: It's especially yummy on slow-cooked collard greens, pinto beans & cornbread...and I bet it'd be really good with the easy stir-fried leafy greens recipe from Veganomicon. If you served all that with hashbrown casserole, you could probably raise Confederate soldiers from their graves & start some kind of Southern vegan zombie cult.
