from the PPK blog

I guess I missed the part of the story when it mentioned this was for a pot luck. As I was getting everything together, I kept thinking "this seems like a lot" but it just didn't register. Hence, I made the full recipe just for me.....16 servings! I was eating this stuff for a week. but it was so velvety good, it wasn't that much of a chore.

Yeah me and maygles made the mistake of making this just for the two of us. So much food! It was nice having stuff to eat for like two weeks though.

Hahah.. Well one hour's (or something) worth of cooking for a week's worth of delicious food? Sounds like a good trade off. :)

I halved the recipe and ate it all happily over like 2.5 days, then made it again a few days later. I am pretty much jealous of you guys who didn't read the serving size.

Yours looks great!
