So I figured 1000 vegan recipes sounds pretty awesome but I haven't really heard much talk about this book before. Does anyone have it and if so what do you think? Do you recommend it? I currently have: Vcon (my fave) VWAV La Dolce Vegan HIAV VCTOTW VCIYCJ
Votes for the next book I should buy if not 1000 vegan recipes please!
Thanks :)

I have 1000 Vegan Recipes and I've been very pleased with what I've tried so far. My only caution with Robin's recipes is to bump up the seasonings in her savoury dishes and cut back the sweeteners in her desserts. Other than that, I love this book. My picky teenage daughter, who doesn't like anything, has gobbled up everything I've made from it. Score! :-)

I really like it! I think it's my favorite non Isa/Terry book. Simple recipes, but not too simple, and they've mostly all been great.

I've been wanting to buy this book but I'm so overwhelmed by the number of recipes. I think I might buy it for my omni mom, she's been really enjoying my vegan food.

I think it's great if you can deal with 1000 recipes at a time. Me, I can't even do 500, so the huge tomes just sort of hang out and don't get used here. I would say flip through the aforementioned blog and see what you think.
If you want votes for alternatives, I say Viva Vegan.

With the range of recipes, it's a good to-go-to resource for those situations when you have random bits and pieces in the fridge and pantry with which you have no idea what to do with them. Some recipes are a bit simplistic, i.e. you could easily throw it together yourself without any instructions.
